None of us have any idea what is going to happen in September, but we are sure you are starting to get excited about your new schools!

 

We also know that starting a new school can be very nerve-wracking. Working your way through this Secondary Transition booklet will hopefully help you to explore your thoughts and feelings about moving from P7 to “big school.”

 

You may not be able to fill all of it in right away as some of the pages can only be used once you have been to your school for your transition days.
