Term 2A
In our writing tasks we will focus on recount writing and describing events from the past. We will be learning about Tanka poems and will be writing our own one linked to Winter. We will also learn about making notes and think of ways to present information in an interesting and attractive way. We will be looking at how to write a letter and what information is needed to make a letter persuasive
Term 2 B
This 1/2 term we are looking at persuasive writing and adverts, Tanka poetry, writing notes and summarizing.
In Grammar we are covering compound words, collective nouns, speech and comparative adjectives.
