Welcome to a new week of home learning in P.4/5 D. I know it can be hard to keep going but try to remember we only have 2 weeks until your Easter break. Hopefully we will also get a date soon for your return to school. I can't wait to see you all again.

Remember to pick up your packs this morning from the Assembly Hall.

I am on the rota with the children in school on Wednesday this week so my interaction on Seesaw that day will be limited. I appreciate your understanding with this matter.

ONLY 2 MORE DAYS TO GO!

LAST DAY OF HOME LEARNING!

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL ON MONDAY!

Phonics

This week will be looking at the 'wh' sound in our phonics.

Our variations include - w / wh

Please take some time on Monday to look at your new list of words given in your pack and then complete your sound sort.

On Tuesday your task is to read the passage given and find all the words with a 'w' sound in them. Then highlight or underline the words.

On Wednesday you will need to write your spelling sentences in your book. As an extra challenge can you try to get my name into one of your sentences this week.

On Thursday your task is complete the 'Cloze the Gap' page from your pack.

Read each sentence and try to fill in the correct word with a 'w' sound in it. Variations w /wh.

Also don't forget to revise your spellings.

On Friday test your spellings and upload to Seesaw.

Try to spend 15 minutes on Nessy.
