Although we are still spending lots of time at home it is so important still to get exercise. You could go out to your garden, go on a short walk with someone in your house or even do a workout in your living room.
There are so many reasons why it is important to exercise and keep fit. This week we want you to record what exercise you do and for how long you do it. Remember you should be getting at least 1 hour of exercise every day.
A healthy body and mind is so important.
