Comber Cup

Our cross country squad headed to the Comber Cup at Billy Neill on Saturday 19th October. This was a 1km race that involved a hill, mud and more mud - proper cross country!!

Well done to all pupils who took part, especially those competing in their first ever race.

Cross Country Championships April 2019

It was a cold and windy day at Londonderry Park in Newtownards when Comber Primary travelled to compete in the annual Cross Country Championships.

The route was 1.5km and our pupils did very well indeed! Our boys team came home a fine fourth, with our girls team finishing in a superb second place!!!

Special mention to Mason McCreery who came home in third place in the boys race.

Well done to all team members - we are very proud of all your efforts!

Wow! What a day for Comber Primary School as 46 pupils took part and completed the Comber Cup cross country race at Billy Neill. This was proper cross country with rain and plenty of mud! A big well done to all our participants, many of whom were taking part in their first ever race.

Special mention to Ethan Kerr (12th), Mason McCreery (16th) and Leo Crockard (19th) who all finished inside the top twenty.
