Thank you for considering Comber Nursery Unit for your child’s first experience of school life. We fully appreciate that this is an important decision in the life of a family and we endeavour to work closely with parents throughout the year to ensure that your child receives the best nursery education available. Our mission statement reflects the ethos of the Nursery Unit and all we are striving towards. It is our aim to help each individual develop to their fullest potential intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally.
We believe that there must be active communication with parents. As well as being beneficial, this will help to create a partnership between the home and school. Skills, values and attitudes are acquired both at home and at school. We have a joint responsibility to work together for the benefit of your child and it is with these fundamental principles in mind that we welcome your child to Comber Nursery Unit.
